The château was built between 1751 and 1757 for Jean-Baptiste Molé, president of the Paris Parliament, who had just married the daughter of Samuel Bernard, “the kings’ banker” (Louis XIV and Louis XV). Jean-Michel Chevotet, a famous architect at the time, was commissioned to design the château. Champlâtreux is a perfect example of French classical architecture, stately but without excess, and designed specifically for receptions and celebrations.
This historic residence is an ideal location for your receptions, weddings and film shoots.
